Our Story
Caturday Night was founded in 2022 by Anne Hindle and Rushabh Joshi, a husband and wife team, inspired by their deep love for cats and their personal experiences. With two cats of their own, Artemis and Apollo, who are sisters, Anne and Rushabh wanted to create a brand that offered cat lovers the kind of products they had always wished for but seldom found.
Rushabh’s love for cats began in his childhood when his father created a sanctuary for street cats in their backyard. This early exposure to caring for cats instilled in him a lifelong affection for these animals. Anne, on the other hand, had always dreamed of owning cats. Her dream came true when Rushabh moved in, bringing Artemis and Apollo along.
Together, they often found themselves disappointed by the lack of quality cat-themed products available in the market. This frustration led to the creation of Caturday Night. Anne and Rushabh vowed to only stock the highest quality products from around the world, ensuring that every item reflects their commitment to excellence and their love for cats.

OUR STORIES
On our team we have our co-owner, designer, and curator of Caturday Night- Anne Hindle. She grew up with pets like fish and hamsters but always wished for a cat of her own. As a young adult she moved many times across the country having lived in 4 provinces and 1 territory. With so much moving around there never came a time for a lifelong friend to break through…
Enter Rushabh Joshi our other co-founder with a family history of rescuing animals in India. After settling in Canada, Rush got 2 loving rescue kittens- Artemis and Apollo. These 2 fluff balls have become the joy and inspiration for Caturday Night.
